Efficient solutions for individual processes
No matter which software solution you decide upon:
Our aim is to provide each customer with exactly the right software for them, their requirements and their individual processes.
As flexible and universal as the company itself. Custom-made, so you’d think it was developed just for you.
And so user-friendly that our system will become your best employee.
Right from the very first consultation to implementation, your new ERP software solution and the continuous fine-tuning during operation: Our team will be at your side right from the start, providing expert support through all steps in the system changeover. During an initial consultation we will get to know your specific processes, analyse the current status of the system and, together with you, will we decide on a plan, objectives and timings. Your future project manager will give you an overview of the processes and procedures which can be mapped at BormBusiness. He will coordinate the entire project management process with you and he is the point of contact between your project team and our developers.
After all steps in the project have been defined, the project plans and specifications, which document the specific process optimisation and relevant project tools, are created. After this we begin the implementation phase and the step-by-step installation of the system. A directory of master data is created, your data are added and evaluation variables are defined for each process. We prepare the system launch while working closely with your project team and we train employees and administrators on the best way of operating the new ERP system. But even after the system has been introduced your ERP project manager is still available to answer all your questions on operating, maintaining and market-relevant updating.
